Charity Wessel Awarded a Full-Ride Build Dakota Scholarship at Southeast Technical College

Charity Wessel of Custer, S.D., has been awarded a full-ride Build Dakota Scholarship at Southeast Technical College. The competitive award will cover Wessel's tuition, fees, books, uniforms, tools and supplies as they complete the Invasive Cardiovascular Technology program at STC.
